Sunday 21st O2 Arena Afternoon Show

Hi Everyone

Murs Family and Special Friends, had a great afternoon at the O2. Olly as always was very entertaining and I'm sure the cheers was much louder when he came on, but then I'm going to say that I'm his mum....lol
It brought back memories for Olly as it was where he first Auditioned for the show last April he didn't think back then for one minute he would be performing the following year!
The show is fantastic for all ages and its great to see young and old all enjoying themselves!
We saw the famous Olly banner walking round the dome and I was gutted that I missed you. Two Ollyettes walked right behind me and when I turned round you were to far for me to shout too but I did managed to meet Donna and have a photo! I think she recognized Pete first (he always gets noticed...must be the hair!!!)
Fay was sitting in front of Gary Lineker and my two nephews managed to get his Autograph (Thanks Gary) they were so excited about the show and the added bonus of sitting near you!

All in all it has been a great Weekend -Saturday and Sunday! Not looking forward to seeing us on the Anglia TV News tonight....lol but hey it will give me and Pete a laugh if we can bring ourselves to watch it.
Thanks again for all your Olly support!!!!!!!
Anyone wanting information on the Leeds Rhino Rugby Club Please check out UpComing Events all Info to get tickets is on there x

  1. WOW!!! WHAT a SHOW!!! Glad you guys enjoyed it, I can honestly say I loved every single minute, it was pure amazing, was very impressed! Olly totally owned that stage...actually, I'd go so far as to say he owned the arena, it was THAT good - well done that boy! So good to see him living his dream up there on that stage in front of 20,000 people where it all began for him. You must've been so proud watching him and a little emotional too I expect!

Each time I see Olly perform, I think he's fantastic and can't possibly get any better, then I go to see him again and BAMMM!!! There he goes and just impresses me that little bit more! He's a true professional and such a star already! That 'International Superstar' status is well within his reach...and it's gonna be one HELL of a journey...and do you know what, I CAN'T WAIT! BRING.IT.ON!!!

    Take care

  8. Hi Vickylynne,

From the videos & pics I've seen of the o2 shows, looks as though Olly got a great reception being back where it all began. Im sure you really enjoyed having him back home, even if it was only for a couple of days... Bring on the 31st when I'll get to see him again at the o2 Dublin..seems so long away!!

    Take Care!!

Can understand how proud you are of his great journey to stardom . What we really hope is that Olly does a concert or something in good old Witham as we are proud too.

  11. Hi Vickylynn,
Glad you had a great time at the O2 - All the Ollyettes knew you would because Olly is a legend, he puts on an aMURSing performance that never dissapoints and he is your son, I know how much everyone who has seen him is left smiling for days and no doubt you are too and beaming with pride also!

Thanks for updating us so quickly, I did manage to read it yesterday but not leave a comment. Its not just Olly you should be proud of yourself too, I check this site everyday as do many Ollyettes and we love it, so please keep up the great work!

Cant wait for the Olly Murs solo tour!

    Lots of Love

  12. Evening all, will keep my eyes posted for the bidding - think we all want to win it - he should get his own brand of hats done - sales alone to the Ollyettes would make a fortune!! saying that am rather poor now - just booked tickets for glasgow next weekend!! im caught up again in the whirlwind that is Ollymania...but I love it!!! Agree with Aimee that I cant wait for his own tour!!
